WW SYSTEMS develops and sells software systems for the cotton industry.
Our focus is based on quality control for cotton mixes together with inventory management.
Although located in South Brazil, about 02-hour flight from São Paulo, we are connected to the world via our agents spread throughout the continents.
THE ORIGIN
As a recent graduate in Information Systems (2004), Mr. Werlich began his career as a system analyst focusing on genetic algorithms for the improvement and the total control of cotton mixes.
In 2005 Mr. Werlich and other 02 investors created ‘WW SISTEMAS INTELIGENTES’, which later in 2016 became ‘WW SYSTEMS’.
OUR SOLUTION
Differently from any other system in the market today, OptCotton – considering all quality parameters given by HVI machines – controls and makes constant accurate cotton mixes, keeping uniformity throughout the time.
Its main purpose is the elimination of variations in quality among mixes so that the yarn keeps standardized quality ranges, which ultimately reduces problems like Barré.
From the moment the bales arrive in the inventory to their consumption in the opening line, OptCotton manages the whole mixing process with no need for categorization, which is vital in terms of warehouse capacity and costs.
MODUS OPERANDI
With global sales and service organization together with our unique paradigm of non-categorization, WW SYSTEMS maintains its continuous growth in sales (particularly for the last 02 years) via constant prospection in the Asian market and strategic alliances.
THE FACILITY
In a 950 m² estate the headquarter has 02 floors (250 m²), offering 05 working spaces, 01 reception desk, 03 restrooms and 01 meeting room.
